Heat is the enemy of mini-pumps. More strokes generates more friction which produces more heat and heat is wasted energy. Unlike most mini-pumps, POCKET IMPERO does not suffer from efficiency loss when hot. POCKET IMPERO is between a high pressure and high volume pump. At 200 strokes the POCKET IMPERO reaches higher pressures than any other pocketable pump ever tested in the BikeRadar test protocol, meaning that it is pushing more air with fewer losses than pumps of either high pressure, or high volume designs. The unique Slide-Lock Silicone sleeve improves grip and doubles as a handle lock when in your pocket.

Never have I used a mini pump so efficient on road.
1. It will not harm tubeless setups (unlike other brands which with the screwing mechanism tend to sometime screw your ride...)
2. Feels like a frame pump. Only small and stylish.
3. Yeah, it's a bit on the heavier side. But, having the sense of security when riding is definitely worth it.
4. Does it's job 100%+++
Worth every Dollar. Especially when you're covered by the Silca Shield warranty program,
If you can get your hands on one, don't hesitate.
Kodus Silca for a product WELL DONE!
it's perfect. wtf else do u want?
Excellent product. Quality design that works and will last.
I nice evolution would be a titanium option and a holter for the Pocket Impero
From the moment you get this pump in hand it’s obvious that its quality has no match among other, truly inferior hand pumps. The all-metal construction with leather gaskets makes all the difference. You can feel it.
That said, I did manage to snap a valve extender for my tubes because getting the proper hand position is a little tricky even when the valve is at the 12 o’clock position. My recommendation is to stabilize the chuck by cupping your hand around it to prevent it from yanking on the valve extenders.
I’ve not had any issues inflating tubes that do NOT require valve extenders. So, just something to keep in mind if you do get caught out on the road having to fix a flat that has valve extenders.
This pump accompanies me on each and every ride because I trust its craftsmanship and its ability to perform! I’d purchase this pump all over again but thanks to Silca’s superior production quality, I suspect I’ll never have to!
