We thank you for your interest in SILCA and hope that you are happy with every purchase you make.  We do our best to make sure that your order is delivered completely, in a timely fashion and undamaged, although we know unforeseen circumstances can arise. Unfortunately we are not currently able to take returns from outside of the EU.
    • Returns are only allowed for purchases made directly from Purchases made from other retailers must be returned according to that source’s protocols.
    • Returns are allowed within 30 days of order shipment. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging and we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
    • We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse; the receipt for the order and/or the order confirmation (sent via email at time of purchase) must be included with the return package.
    • Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

    Cancellations are only applicable for purchases made directly from, and must be made prior to shipment.


    We hope you're going to love everything you order from us, but if you don't you can return for free.

    We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

    All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
